To strengthen our team, we are looking for an ambitious and analytically minded Executive Search Consultant/ Research Associate (m/f/x) based in Solingen.

Your Tasks:
- Conducting market mapping, company analysis and competitive intelligence research
- Analysis of organizational structures, reporting lines and leadership constellations
- Conducting initial candidate interviews and evaluating professional backgrounds, leadership potential and cultural fit
- Preparation of project-related documentation, candidate reports and search progress updates
- Coordination and management of search projects building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates, clients and industry contacts
- Continuous monitoring of talent markets, leadership trends and industry developments
- Contributing to strategic search hypotheses and talent identification approaches across national and international mandates
Your Experience:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or related field
- First professional experience in executive search, recruiting, consulting, sales, research or a comparable service-oriented environment is beneficial
- Strong analytical and structured working style with excellent communication and interperso-nal skills
- Confidence in conducting conversations at different seniority levels
- Curiosity about businesses, leadership and market dynamics
- High level of professionalism, reliability and personal initiative
- Fluent German and English language skills required, further language skills are desirable
