This role reports to the EVP of Global DTC & Digital Marketing and will be remote or based in one our global offices.

  • Analyze current Amazon business to create and implement strategy to drive revenue growth and position the brand for long-term success.
  • Develop and manage business partnerships across all marketplaces including but not limited to negotiations, sales, assortment planning, and forecasting.

  • Identify new marketplace opportunities and manage the end-to-end implementation, from concept to go-live including but not limited to EDI, dropship, or API interfaces in collaboration with IT, Operations, and Logistics.
  • Collaborate with the executive team on forecasting, global marketplace growth initiatives, brand protection, and long-term planning.
  • Find creative ways to optimize and build the brand across marketplaces while still maintaining premium brand positioning and without the use of excessive promotions or discounting commonly used to drive sales in this space.
  • Negotiate vendor terms that align with company goals both financial and brand.
  • Lead, educate, and mentor direct reports as well as cross-functional team members across a globally distributed, matrixed organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, business or finance concentration preferred.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in key account management with a digital focus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing an Amazon 1P relationship including experience in Seller Central, additional Amazon 3P and / or Walmart or other Marketplace experience preferable.

  • Action-oriented with strong follow-through and prioritization skills to enable management of multiple work-streams simultaneously.
  • Must have the ability to work with a rapidly changing business and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
